so what i would like to see is that we ask for 50% refund since december cause they do not deliver the service the promised to do. and what we pay for.

Since it is impossible to use the full amount of the game we would like to ask for a refund based on the eula which youre company profided to us.
Due to returning problems you not seems to be able to solve since december im confinced i pay for services you can not provide to me but still charge on my account.
It is not possible to do massive battle ( so called relic raids) .
the server will stop working , this is not a 1 time event . every time ppl do this the server stops , you told us the server needed an upgrade , we waited for that , then the server needed a second upgrade , we waited for that , then it had to do with the load and the new client should solve some of that , we waited for that. so after 6 months we can conclude you're company is not able to solve the problem. based on this i like to ask for a 50% refund so only the services you really sold to me are charged.
An option to refund in play time would be an option to.



somthing like that or so im gonne mail them.

This is Goa's problem, not mythic though.

GOA technicians simply don't know how to put carbon paste between cooler and cpu ;-)
