All at VN suxs None of em got like +range which imo is quite important, or most important as pac healer.

What i'd want for a template would be like +range,+casting speed,+Power bonus, + Spell duration as priors.
Dno if theres much items with +range tho, could be hard, what ive seen is the hauberk with 5+? i think.

Why put so much importance in +range? It'll get NEEEEEERFed in 1.68 anyways... prolly why there's not many temps with it on VN...

Still 10% which means 150 more range, quite good imo.

At first Healers was totaly incapable to get +25 range in 1.67 with the most artifacts/drops, and you think they able to get +10 in 1.68? When most templates with +25 cast speed goes from +25 to +6-8.

It ain't as hard as you think, just take some time and you'll sooner or later figure out a nice template, but don't count on getting duration and range even close to capped

is the 5% cast speed increase already the nerfed value, or is it pre-nerf?

Magma Infused Buckler - have had its casting speed reduced to 2%, its power percentage increased by 1% and its af bonus increased by 2.

Guard of Valor - got abit other stats than you refered to and a dot reproc, weee

Sun Scorched Helm - got no reproc at all

Belt of the Moon hammer - this weapon is abit random if I don't remember wrong, and it only work during night hours, or something crazy like that, and it got 3% cast speed in .68

Sure your template seem ok, but the fact that 53.4% of the hits you take will have no chance of giving you defence (from a reproc, like self heal, ablative) gives me creeps.

One more thing. You do not need + mend, simply because you will not be using other heals than spec heals, and they are not effected by + mend, only baselines are. Remove the + mend and try cap all resists and hp instead.

could u tell me the stats of the guard of valor then cus what ive read on vnboards healers will get tank version which was like that?

also even tho what ur sayin, i loose 3 casting speed, which makes it still +9 which is fairly good.
