i need a set of 100% lvl 40 mid chain and i want it sced nice for me shaman can i get ablatives on it at that level ?

ablatives start at lvl 43 i think, and you should get 99% tbh no point in mp armor for a lvl 40, just use some lvl 45 or even lvl 50 jewelry thats cheap with nice stats, that way you save money and still cap everything.
