give more ml9 and 10

i might try running a ml9 when my tic gets ml8,will have to be patiant tho ml5 currently, mainly meen ml exp and grp steps but will sort them out with guild

give ml 7 presteps so my mincer can be ml 8 an then join ml 9 an 10

imo grp step should be done in guild, especially if your guild doesn't have many events

Feck! Ill have to go full time rvr with cabby then, ml8 is principle, ml3 in practice.
