lol after about the 3rd screw up of Goa all my gf wants is her subs password. things are getting dull they dont READ the email its clearly stats the email they are sending the password too is INACTIVE and the reasons for that also states a new email and if you need proof of id etc to contact her (credit card details etc)

Thats not funny! lol Its been 5 days now and they still are telling me... ooo we sent it to your old e-mail.. after i keep telling them I HAVE A NEW ONE. I dont think they even read the mail i send they just look at the title that says "Lost Subscription Password" and they mail it out not even looking at what I have to say. So do you have any good titles in mind that you think would grab their attintion to READ my e-mail? lol:sleeping:

Hm, I just wonder what all these problems about billing each month is about. I get billed each month automaticly. I have never payed manually, I haven't even looked at the subscription page since I got the sub.

Tranq, that's cuz when you signed up in the first place you chose the automatic billing option. Some people don't like haveing money taken off automatically every month, it can be hard to remeber ect...so we chose the "Bend us over and screw us in the ass once a month" option in stead.

had similar problem when i moved from BT (EVIL DEVIL SPAWN GOAT SUCKERS !) to NTL (EVIL DEVIL SPAWN SHEEP SUCKERS !) took about a week to get sorted =/ for a customer services dept that are crap,

The only way of this happening is a reroll. Unfortunatly there is no way that

But there was no raid on Castle Mryddin! The Hibernians attacked excalibur, they
have no reason to attack Mryddin, as it currently houses no relics, the doors
merely reset to lvl8 after the zone crash.

Your doors have been destroyed during the raid, it has nothing to do with the
crash.
If the doors hadn't been destroyed during the raid, they would be at 10 now.

Is there no way you can possibly return the doors to Level 10? I mean since its
a technical glitch that caused them to be destroyed it seems they should be
restored, otherwise, whats the insentive for doing it in the first place?

Hello,

Your doors have been destroyed during the Hibernian Rush and that's why the
level came back to level 8 and not 10. If they hadn't been destroyed the level
would have stayed the same.

Hello,

After raising some cash through the Ludlow Bazaar, myself and a few of my guild
set about upgrading all four doors of Castle Mryddin to level 10, in
anticipation of a relic raid. This cost my guild much of the Bazaar funds and
much time. On Thursday, the main Albion zone crashed, setting these doors back
to level 8. I request that you could set these doors back to level 10, as it is
purely a techinical reason that we lost them.
