Ghosted Accounts?

blah blah blah........Also, some other players have their account "ghosted", preventing them to play on other servers as well. These accounts will be "un-ghosted" on a case by case basis as soon as everything is back to normal with Prydwen.

Well guess what!?!

Does this mean that after Prydwen is back up those with "Ghosted" accounts will have to apply in some way to have their accounts "un-Ghosted"?

What happened with "Ghosted" accounts on Excalibur?

They will do it case by case so i presume they will look through their ports looking for already connected accounts and ping them or something and see if the account is actually active, if not the will log it out, something like that anyway

The authentication server of Prydwen is back up and running. We are still in the process of "un-ghosting" accounts and everything should be back to normal early this afternoon.
It was also decided that the status of the relic should be reset as they were before the problems that occured yesterday due to the fact that a lot of players were unable to defend them since the zone of Midgard had crashed just before the problem, leaving Midgard undefended. Midgard is therefore back with six relics in hands.
Again, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and are now working with Mythic's teams to find out why, on two occasions now, the authentication servers crashed (Excalibur / Prydwen).
