What do I need to Ghost a HD that has XP NTFS partitions ?

My old copy of ghost.exe claims they'e knackered becouse it doesn't recognise the format.

Oh, and Kazaa seems to make my Internet connect drop before you suggest that. Gonna have to blame some weird BT port monitoring or something :/

Hurry chaps. This HD is dying a death...
