GFX Probs

Posted it here, because the technical forums doesn't seem quite active :/

As in topic, I upgraded and need some help now :/

My old system was an Ahtlon 1.4 Ghz, and i upgraded now to a PIV 3.0 Ghz.
Only thing that changed was CPU,MOBO & Memory.

Both systems had the same GFX card : a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 128MB from MSI.

The problem is the following:

In the new system, i have certain graphical "bugs" in direct 3D games. for example,

in daoc, the screen flashes from time to time (like some frame disappeared into the void)
and i see holes sometimes in the landscape.

In 3D Mark 2001SE for instance, my images have "lines" drawn next to em...

So something is wrong :/

I tryed many NVIDIA/MSI drivers but none of em did fix the problem :/

Any help/suggestions ?

TIA,

Bometal

I got a msi 4800SE

and i get the flashing thing from time to time although its only just started to happen like the last few days or so.

not sure what it is but it doesnt affect the game so i ignore it.

And I have changed nothing in my system.

Don't get them in Planetside and 3D mark runs without errors

Not sure whats causing it tbh.

Depending on what your new motherboard is, you should get the drivers for that too!
