Gforce 2 Desktop Crashes + Weird Colours

Anyone with any ideas to help me out?

I have a new computer its:

WinME Operating System
MSI K7N420 Pro DDR Motherboard
1.67 gig Processor AMD
Integrated Nvidia Geforce2 GPU Graphics Card
256 DDR Ram

What happens is i get mad rainbow colours all over the map in trees and on the floor and even on my character. This resembles the colours i used to get when i used my voodoo card on a diff computer but the real prob is that i crash to the desktop almost constantly. I have NOTHING running at all other than DAOC and i will crash sometimes 3 secs into loading into the game.

I have the latest Direct X and even tried some beta ones off the Microsoft site and have tried the nForce drivers on the Nvidia site and also detonator drivers and all the latest unofficial drivers on various sites like www.guru3d.com.

I cant play for more than 30 secs tops without a crash to desktop and wont be renewing my account if this carries on. I dont want to buy a new graphics card at the moment i just bought this computer and im skint. Anyone had similar probs with Gforce 2 and solved it?

I suspect you might have the remnants of old drivers or .dll's on your machine. I use the latest detonator drivers with a geforce 2 and they r fine however i did have to completely uninstall my old drivers before putting new ones on. Hope u get sorted.

also make sure that you have the latest drivers for your motherboard i know that sounds strange but it might be that as you have an intergrated graphics card (why why)

you might also want to try rightnow they might have dealed with this before and can tell you the answer straight away
