GF4 TI4800 Problem

lo peeps

got a weird problem only just started but im getting jerking and sound loss every 5-10 seconds only last for max 2 seconds but it makes the game very uncomfortable to play and its very annoying ive tried all sorts updated driver, bios, you name it ive tried it just wondering if anybody else had any kind probs like this with any card at all.

comp spec is a
p4 2.4
512 ddr
giga-byte board
with an sis agpset

I used to get a similar problem and still sometimes do when i play BF1942, i tracked it down to the AV software i was using (PCcillin 2003).
