Are these actually available anywhere in the country in PCI-E flavour?

I'm pondering a computer upgrade and want to go PCI-E, so will be need a PCI-E card.

While I'm at it, any comments on this setup:

New:
Asus A8N SLI NF4 board.
A64 3000+ or 3200+ (Winchester) - will be overclocked heavily (watercooled).
2x GF 6800GT (If I can find them).

Existing stuff that will be used:
2x SATA 80GB drives.
2x 512MB MB matched pair PC4000 DDR.
Tagan 480W PSU.
Generic DVD drive and other rubbish.

Will people stop suggesting that. It's NOT a GT. That is a standard 6800, which is NOT the same.
Note the:
- 325MHz Core Engine Clock speed
- 256MB 700MHz high speed DDR memory
- Superscalar 12-Pipe GPU Architecture
A GT is 350MHz core, 1000MHz DDR3, 16-pipes.

PCI Express. 8 times faster or something than AGP 8x, and a new coloured slot thing. Those PCI-E GT 6800s aren't available and a GTo is not a GT.

Poor thing Danya, heh.
Not really, as it doesn't solve my problem (I'd already checked OC).
