trailer looks reasonable though Throd. You think you're going to go see it? I shall, but I'm a sucker for films with ships :)

Oh man, I'll have to I suppose, but if they have ruined one of my all time favorite books I shall weep :(

Ben Affleck wasn't in The Bourne Identity. I thought it was quite good, but I've never read the book.

I quite liked Bourne thing. One of my all time favourite books too and they managed not to fuck it up completely.

BTW - You weren't saying that Ben Affleck was in Bourne were you?

on the book...I like Ludlum books, the early ones that is. He can be a damn slow starter though.

tbh I've never forgiven Damon for that scene he did with the two yummies and the champagne :/

I like Damon, Affleck can take a running jump though.

I also found the German girl in Bourne Identity rather yummy, she looked nicer with long hair though.

Matarese Circle also is excellent - made me cry when I were young tbh.

Matt Damon is quite a cool bloke imo. I read a very in-depth interview with him once and he's surprisingly refreshing.
Good lad to have a quiet pint with was my conclusion. I'd also like to go out some time with Johnny Depp and three or four girls I know sometime. Ahem.

jobs are there so you can relish your free time more :) I'd also like a drink with Harvey Keitel. tis strange though, I have no idea how those people act in their personal lives. my view of them is film apon film apon film. not real at all. werd.

I bet it doesn't have one badger in it.

So do I. The Matarese Circle is indeed rather good, as some clever clogs said already.

The only fault with the books written by Patrick OBrian , of which this film is one, is that they have no badgers in them at all :(
However, other than that they are mighty works of fiction. I only said to a mate today, Im glad the hollywood type twats cant make them into a film because they have far too much content, when he said he had seen a trailer about this bloody film.
oh well, if it gets one person in a thousand to read the books i suppose that s something .
