Get rid of a house...

I have 2 accounts with 1 house on each but far between them... now i found a free lot next to 1 of the houses and wants to get rid of the other one asap... have no1 to give it to and the rentbox is full... Does any1 know how to get rid of it?

Housemerchant @ market only sells porch demolition thingie... why any1 would need that is beyond me... so any other way?

Seems the only way is to sell/give it away or stop paying rent... ta Xalin for the ingame answer
