So if i get this clear, a mincer now can play his speed song in a fight and it keeps running? so he can instant escape or kite the shit out of everyone?

i would think that the minstrel could play the song but since he's in combat he won't get the effect. but reading that it would mean they get a uninterruptable single target mez.
