Right, just filling in gaps in my note and I've just realised that i have no idea how to draw Beach Profiles........help??

i have numbers here but i have no idea wtf to do with them e.g.
Foresight Angle Backsight Angle
Length [up] [down] Average Slope
4.3m 7 6 6.5
4.7m 10 5 7.5
