General Gfx Advice Needed

Did have a kyro herc 64mb

Now have a Geforce 4 420 mx 64mb (yeah I know but it was free )

I have downloaded the latest drivers from Nvidia.

I was wondering if there was anything else I need to do to make it perform better etc. I have the latest Direct X drivers. Not sure what else to do.

Im concerned cause when I installed the nvidia drivers it said something about windows signifier?

I can go into Krondon now NPS ))))))))))

Also anyone got a webbie that compares even in archive graphics cards so I can compare the two, also for future reference so when I can afford a decent one I know where to look.

Direct x 9?

Liek i have said loads of times avoid installing Direct x 9 unless a game needs it or u have DX 9 hardware.

Windows signifier ?

If its referring to the windows /microsoft signature dont worry just means they havent been officially signed off by microsoft as whql or official drivers. They will still work.

www.3dchipset.com or www.futuremark.com both decent web sites for comparisons and gfx performance . Id download l 3dmark from the web site and u can run benchmarks on your system performance.
