Gem of the Dwarf King

Anybody else having trouble with this SI quest, I killed the golems, but now when I try to find the box I never can all, I get is

'You search for the stone box' (or something approximating that)

I know am looking in the right place as that message doesnt appear anywhere else, I have tried running about in the crater, clicking on the floor, using the map whilst in the crater all to no effect, please could someone enlighten me here

Keep running back and forward in the crater, mate. I know it's annoying and boring but eventually you'll get it.

Got the same problem. Did run in that crater for two hours, still couldn't get that chest.

Same with Ancestral Secrets. I just can't pass step #2 with any of my chars.

Several other quests are bugged atm too. Ancestra secrets is bugged and kylikky's scrolls is bugged.
They used to work fine. Goa must have crapped up something.

They are not bugged. As long as you get the 'you search the crater (or whatever), you are looking at the right place. There is a percentage chance of you finding the item, it's just very low in some circumstances, so keep running back and forth at the location you get that message, and you will eventually get it.

ancestral secrets

In the ancestral secrets, for some magical reason ( GOA fuck up i think ) you now have to say ancestral secrets to Longbeard and not Troll secrets...

Got the same problem with Gem from the dwarven king.. I have search in that crater for almost 2 hours.. and same with my guildmate. Can't find anything.

And my brother did that quest and got it after he had been there 3min.. but that was 1-2 months ago

all those quests are bugged same as teleport guy they fixed him but not the rest of the quests

The quest ain't bugged the box is in a crater i dont have a loc for it but if you could imagine a hollow tree that has fallen on the floor it is inbetween that , You have you jump inside and run along it you will know when you find it as it comes up on your screen and it is to heavy to move you cant see it which is a pain i must admit but it is there if i can find a loc for you guys then i will post again.

kiranian, when did you finish this quest?

Because I have searched that place for more then 2 hours now.. it says something about "You search the crater for the hidden box" or something all the time.

So I know I'm at the right place.

I finished the quest like 2 weeks after SI came out , you have to do something with the golems i was not really taking much notice or what i had to do as a guild mate was telling me as i hate quests i will try to find out for you what to do and post again mate.

Yes, the quests worked at that time, kir, but not now.
