I have killed Night Terror twice now, the artifact dropped both times, but I still have not gotten credit for the encounter

What do I need to do to get encounter credit?

happened to me twice resently, got the scrolls anyway and tried activating, and to my suprise i could, and then went to kill the 10 yellow con mobs for lvl10 ding

Yeah, I did use /quest, but it said "Night Terror" instead of "Gem of Lost Memories", and according to VoS these two are not the same.
