kill monsters at night .. you need to kill like 20 blue concs to a lvl 50 to get it to lvl 10.. takes like 5 minutes.. imo a lovely artifact to lvl ..

you need some scrolls for it, jsut let me know, had all about 1 day ago but ran out of 3of3, which ofc are the rare ones :/

got my arti 3 days ago but i got a question for it aswell.. What does the spell Banish fear do. You get it at lvl 10 on the artifact, but i have no idea what the function is and it doesn't say when i shit+i it ..
