Geforce 4 mx 420

This card should play SI in all its glory right?
Trouble is i have all new effects except the new water effect, I have all the options on and the lastest drivers, Would anyone have an idea what my problem may be?

I have a GF 4 MX as well, and it doesn't display the water effects either. I guess that this cheap version of the GF4 doesn't support that particular effect, though the slimy goos in avalon do shimmer like the water should, at least from what I have seen on screenshots.

eep no. GeForce 4 MX 420 is a misleadingly branded really not so good card. didn't someone on these forums say, that it was a GeForce 2 MX with the new features enabled on the card but not the horsepower to support it?

4mx is a fast card just it doesn't have the features for the shadows and the reflections...
