Geforce 2 under Win2k

lo all,
Anychance of some1 tellin me if there is a good geforce 2 model that works well under win2k?
Just I have tried several of em, and they all seem to make it crash under it, unlike my fairly crap voodoo 4 which hasnt let win2k crash in months

Any help would be gr8

On my old puter all GF2s crashed in Win2K cos of a problem with the mobo. I just upgraded to a new mobo/cpu and Ive had no problems at all with crashes using a Prophet II, so it could be your mobo. Is it an old one?

Well, I am going to upgrade to an Abit KT7a so maybe that along with a prophet might work well....

Yup thats what I just upgraded to bit of a nightmare getting the gf2 to sit correctly in the agp tho

hmmm.. please dont tell me it requires me cutting pieces outta the CPU fan or somethin... I had to do that with my Voodoo 3 and a socket 7 board.. suprisingly not so long ago...

Nah it fits fine I just had problems getting the card to be detected on boot up. Eventually I found if I pushed it halfway in and then pressed only on the mounting bracket till it was fully in then the card was seated properly :|
