I love my 360 HD DVD Player i really do, i'm just playing around with it now and i got it jacked up the the PC

How can i play them on the PC? its installed and showing in my devices, but when i go to the DVD its all folders that the machine doesnt recognise

you need software to play it that recognises the file format.
