So many talented bands around, who will most likely never get a contract. Then, whilst flicking through radio stations i hear this. What utter utter shite. It's offensive, pathetic, not even good enough to be classed as music. I also find it a bit insulting, that the music industry is so fucked up, that a piece of total shite can be recorded, and an awful bad can get signed, wheras there's half decent bands, who will never have the same chance.

(I acknowledge that music is about personal taste and preference, but this really does take the piss)

No doubt it'll do really well, but that just sums up mainstream chart music perfectly to be quite honest.

It's a comedy release - the video has been floating around for ages ( http://www.ryantown.com/gayboyfriend/ ) and to be honest, I'd rather two dappy tarts with a jokey song did well than half the crap in the charts.
