gaming places in london

I'm coming back to england this winter, around late novemeber flying into London. Gonna take in some Footie games and what not. I was wondering where in London there is a gaming/internet place where I could play q2/q3..whatever against other people either thru their local lan or if they have a internet connection so i could play on internet servers.

Whats the drinking age in england ? Im only 19.. is it 21 like USA ??
I wouldnt mind drinkin a newcastle and playing some q2 at the same time..
