Gamespy help

I dont usually use Gamespy, so I dont know much about it, so how do I pull up a list of all the servers from Barrysworld, or Jolt or Wireplay etc.

Ive refreshed the server list, but when I use the filter for servers containing the name "barrysworld" it only brings up 4, ffs.

All I want is a list of servers that I want, not all the thousands of other crappy ones.

Anyone help?

I use gamespy 3D

I'd click on the server name so their sorted in alphabetical order (you might have to add them if they aint shown, using the IP address) then highlight all the bw ones you want and right click select add to favorites .

At the top there should be an option to pull down a menu to show server's select favorites and there you go

why not put in the barrys master list

Open gamespy, right click on the Halflife tab, click on add master list, and then in the adress line type in "hlmaster.barrysworld.com"

Call it owt you want in the name line, and leave the port settings to default. Then when the Tab has been added, bellow the won master tab, just right click on it, then click on update. All the barrys HL servers will spring up, then just select your favs.

PS what the hell is the tfc server 'Extreme' doing on that list? It's a yank server, and a piss poor one at that

I was out, but i woulda helped, honest

the bwmaster lists any servers that want to be added to it, when u set up a server u just add which master server to nod at in one of the cfg files.

this is why u get jolt servers on teh bw master.

still its a good solid list.
