All too true and unfortunately there seems to be waaay too many of the bad captains.

Also note how they put NC as good captains and TR as bad....That mean VS are 50/50 or what?

A Good Captain names his squad something menacing and serious, like "Auraxis 34th Mechanized Infantry."

I joined this squad and everyone's running around like morons," he complained. "Our squad leader is putting waypoints all over the place with no rhyme or reason."

"That's not true," I observed. "If you look closely, he's trying to spell out the word 'ass' on the mini-map."

That squad would rock.
