Gamesday reports

Righto. As I was locked up in a vault at workies and missed the whole buggery thing, I'd like some input from you guys who attended if you don't mind.

Along the lines of things gone wrong, things gone right, things you'd like to see next time etc. Give it a go, and the next Gamesday will be better.

Example:

-Trem spammed links to pix of his co><or in IRC
-Tilda didn't get killed enough
-I, $YOURNAME, didn't get to kill TdC. jammy bugger did a runner at the last :/

All your joys and gripes please. I'll sort through it later and see if sense can be made

I got a knife kill in the first round of the CS match.
Nobody else let me knife them :-[

There was about 12-14 of Team US on Ventrilo, while only 4 of Team THEM on Vent this caused my team alot of problems. We could not communicate which led to alot of silly deaths and round losses.

Would be nice for next time for the DAOC folk to get the vent installed even if they dont want to speak they can still here where we are going to attack/defend, rather than 4 of us doing it and the rest running off .

I had great night though and look forward to teaming up again and kicking some generalites balls, especially Trem, Dys & Throd. We also played without the skills of Mongoose and Rana which would have won the match for THEM TBFH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Tom used the Auto sniper way to much

Rana is fucking wicked with the shotgun though, but I fear him not.

It was good fun, although only CS happened, which I was quite glad about because I hadn't installed the others.

THEM would have won it if we'd had full team turnout and all on vent tbh.
Also, I shot tom in the back of the head when he was auto sniping, and lauged a lot. Also, Cal got me on top of a crate and I shot CHILLY!

I had loads of fun, whens the next one?! Friday?

Was good fun killing the THEMS...Cals tactic was to hang back and let the gang of THEMS be canon fodder while she picked of a few of the US....that way she had an ok score at the end of it...

Haha yes, cal was just sat back waiting and then getting frags off the low HP US who went to go frag her.

It means she gets a nice good score but in reality is letting the team lose by that antic.

I do recall us getting alot of rounds as T's on Aztec with me and Tilda and Tilda's defending the water while your team tried to rush us. No point in rushing double doors not enough room for 10 people through there

You just have to admit we gave you a better run than you expected. And next time will be closer.

Can I suggest an ET game next time? I've started playing regularly with a bunch of RL mates.

I think I scare them when I actually play seriously, they haven't played online that much.

Must admit, I enjoyed the CS:S a lot, made it a very interesting evening.

Team:Them did suffer from a huge lack of communication. Some folks didn't have Vent, some couldn't find the server and some had never even heard of it...

Suggest next time the vent details are posted ahead of time, somewhere where even <insert random idiot name> couldn't miss... Preferably in big, bold letters...

If it happens again one day, I'll happily coem have my ass kicked by US again

We got 5 as T on Aztec which was a good amount, we would have had more had you not been able to organise the troops with Ventrilo something we were lacking as ct's :-(
