The Game Innovation Database (GIDb), is an online encyclopaedia similar to Wikipedia, allowing users to browse and edit the site's content.
It has been developed by a team at Pittsburgh's Carnegie Mellon University and they are asking for gamers to help them record the last 35 years of gaming history.
The site is avaliable here, although as I post this it appears the site is down due to a server 500 error :}.
