game login/password?!

Hi,
I finally managed to pay Daoc, (3 hours ago)

But i can't log on due to Account or password incorrect!
i been checkin' the right account or password many times!! =/

i hadn't play Daoc for a month! /cryin' to death!

Do i have to wait a while to log on after payin' or wot?! =s

many thx, if u know how to sort it!

You might have to wait a while.

I hope you are not mistaking your "Subscription password" with your "Game password".

Your subs one is the one u used to make your payment, and is totally different to the game one.

Yes i know abt 2 different passwords....

maybe email subscription@goa.com? sounds weird if it sends you the password and you still can't get in.

You paid for your acc, else it would have said "Account closed" or something.

Make sure you are using the correct GAME username and GAME password.

If it's still not working you're patched to the US servers, as said before.

If you are not patched to the US servers it must be something that GOA did wrong, but I do really doubt that.

I FINALLY solve the problem! =) will tell u the reason soon...

(am havin' look at all my characters!) =P hadn't see them for few months

What was the issue ? Did you use the SUBS pass instead of the GAME pass ?

no nothing do with game password..

for the last few days i been startin' Daoc-SI , it did not auto update.....

however i thought i will try start Daoc (without SI) it auto update all the stuff...

and i begin the game! =)
