Game Launchers...

What does everyone here use by way of Game Launchers.
The in-game one for Q3 is hardly user friendly and always seems to return higher pings than gamespy/kali.
I've tried Kali, which is ok, but had problems with Gamespy on my previous system, where it only did a partial uninstall and left my registry so messy it took ages to clean...

Of course I'm after free/shareware that supports mods. Ideally launching game on choosing of server, as I always have problems on mimizing my hl/q3 to kick off or check up on kali/gamespay...

Pingtools okay but...

Gamespy arcade is easier for people new to game browsers. Alternatively gamespy classic is quite easy to get to grips with. I actually registered gamespy as I use it all the time and you get some extras that make it work faster. I found Pingtool quite good and I have that installed too.
