Game Crashes

I have 2 game accounts which until recently ran pretty well but now i can play one with no bother but the other has started crashing (after as little as 9 mins), both being played on the same machine tho not at the same time .Any1 have any idea why this should b happening?

perhaps theres a difference in your options pannel between the two accounts? One might have sound on or shadows or something like that causeing problems, only thing i can think of.
