Galla druid smallshield

I think I somewhere saw a druid with an odd shaped galla-dropped small shield. That was (I think) some months ago, and might have been from a US server. Since that time I never seen anything like it again, read about it or or seen any druid wear it. Any idea wether it is still part of the drops? Something changed?

This one. It's a TS queensdrop then instead of Galladrop? From the stats it's obviously not a druid-only shield, but I take it it's still available in TS or perhaps for sale somewhere?
