GFX is not the only factor, what is the spec of your machine?

It should be about 8000+, do you have the latest drivers?

Have you turned off Antialiasing?

Yep fine, if you do a bit more tweaking you might be able to get it a little higher.

eek : AMD XP 1800 here, 512mb DDR, win2k, Creative (i think) gf4 ti4200 64mb : scores between 10 and 11k dependant on the weather (no real consistancy, highest recorded is 10995 iirc.)

Thats the out of the box 3dm 2001se anyway. Unsure how well the p4 1.8's are supposed to compare to the AMD "Heatemup" XP's.

Scores will vary and to be honest it is better to use games to test performance.

OK I'm back again mivering about my scores.

Ive got a P4 2.4 Northwood

Gainward Ge Force 4 4600 gold sample
Abit IT7 Max 2 mobo

I rarely get over 10000 :(

WHY?????????

RAM timings?

I honestly don't know, I don't benchmark myself, like Emb says, games are a better judge. I tend to get 3rd party drivers which benchmark lower, but give better viusal quality and smoother fps in games.

If it's good enough for tremor it's good enough....
