just had the mutha of all three minute storms pass directly over my house heh. it was like "ooh it's raining!CRASHBOOMFLASHFLASHBOOMCRASHCRASHFLASHBOOM *dry*"

just had time to unplug the cablemodem eep. my house got zapped once before...and it won't be happening again if I'm there to take preventive measures.

Cable runs underground though doesn't it? There are no phone lines overground for miles around here, so they must be underground as well - so I should be ok
