Gah, my memory hurts :(

Me memory is driving me insane... Can anyone remember (or even better, link to) an experiment that was done in some cellers or underground rooms in A Generic Place which I can't remember. The idea was to test whether the volunteers felt an "eerie presence" or any supernatural activity in these rooms. They then recreated these rooms exactly using VR, the dimensions and lighting, and the same rooms that people claimed to feel "haunted" in the real tour gave the same impression in the virtual tour.

I swear, I saw this on TV a while back and I cant find anything by googling. Anyone give me some more clues?
