[G] vs RoW 2 - just when you thought it was safe in the Pacific

After the semi-success of last week, we've decided to do it all over again so yet again polish up your maussers, and scrub down your Shermans for Green vs Rest of World - Part 2 - just when you thought it was safe in the Pacific

Much the same format as last week except we're going to do this one a little later. We'll aim for a 9pm start (Monday 11th November) for the proper battle, but if you want to start accumulating in IRC (#bwbf1942) from say 8pm onwards, there's nothing to stop us starting a bit of a bash then and moving on to the proper thing at 9.

I will say this now so people understand early - this is [G] vs. RoW so when you join a team work out which one you belong on by your clan tag - unless there are number problems, do not join [G] if you're not in their clan

I will try to make sure I can switch to 2 name maps this time around so if [G] want to play Iwo Jima - fair play.

Might be worth locking the server and leaving the password here and in #bwbf1942, that way everyone joining will join the correct team.

Its a judgement call on how many people there last time knew about it, and how many were passing traffic, so to speak.

Beyond my control at the moment - but it is part of the proposed community scheme when BW get the '42 servers under their management software.

Best we can hope for is people being sensible - as soon as I have proper control, it will be a passworded event as you suggest.

Sorry for the auto-teams - I was intending to use the other server initially but it was DOA

I've asked for auto-team to be turned off on the 32 player server for the next time we do one of these.
