Future patch . and MP's?

Okies i have made quiet a few MP tailor stuff lately n tried selling em on here but not many seem to be interested , i think my prices are very fair . but no interest fro people , cos most already have there Mp sutis sc'd

would i be wise to save my MP's i make (still trying to get last 2 points tailor) and when they new resist system comes and probably everybody will want to re-dop there sc and then sell them when the time comes so as to take advantage of the rush for MP's ? or just keep plodding on selling em as i get em and take less for them .

Get yaself a house and consignment merchant with the housing patch, and put your mps on there, let them sell themselves

Hopefully its not too long to wait for foundations either...

Depends how pushed you are for capital tbh; if you have a healthy bank balance then sell at a price you are happy with; not a price the customer thinks he should be paying-they don't have to buy and you don't have to sell-if you need to be liquid then you have to take what you can get.

MP's aren't extremely rare these days with the prolifigation of crafters but are still rare enough such that people don't often have stock lying around.

Had some MP plate that I was asked about last week, offered my standard price for MP stock, got counter offered at half that price, said no thx and moved on. Couple of days later same person hadn't found that piece yet and (I assume he'd done some research into how much MP's actually cost ) was now ready to pay the price; sadly for him I'd sold it the day before :great:

It's all about supply and demand, it you have time to wait a few days then you can get the price you want for the goods; assuming that it's not obsencly overpriced o/c

I never have MP in stock, pretty much only make them on Demand, as you know Yog.

People will pay what ever price they seem to like only need to look at the trading forum at the crazy prices things reach.

I am looking forward to a Consignment Merchant in Foundations doing all my selling for me.

i had similer thing few week back . i made a full set of leather mp (i ussually craft jerkins/robes/vests , n if i get a mp if i cba i try make full set) cos easier to sell.. i made a auction on here, starting at 5plat (was hoping to get at least 6plat cos i see full sets ussually selling for 7+plat) anyways some guys messaged me ingame n ofered 5plat i said no i want 6 for it at least,, he then had a little whinge saying why the fuck i started auction at 5plat if i wasnt gonna sell for that much .

anyways he said no . later same day i did sell it for 6plat.. then few days after that yog sold a MP full set for 7+plat on bw .. the same guy who whined at me cple days earlier messaged me again ingame asking me if i had sold it yet . cos he wanted it now for 6plat . he said he didnt realise leather sells for so much n thought my original 6plat minimum was ripping him off, afaik he is still looking for MP leather: )


but on a whole i think i will start saving my mp's till next patch or the new resist patch , im not rich . but i can afford to wait . when we have df i can easily make 1-5plat a day depending how long we have df for n who im grpd with and what i kill (ussually try find a duo with a pally)


but these last 2 poits of tailoring ARGHHHHHHH taking ages n costingme a fortune.
