What's the funniest name of a real person you've seen? (Not including pornstars or people who just changed it for the hell of it )

I remember reading about a footballer called Walter Winterbottom, and seeing the name Bernard Cribbins in the credits of some movie. I remember seeing the name A. Pratt on the door of an office, and hearing a tannoy announcing "Mr. Richard Soul, your car is illegally parked, you have 10 minutes to move it. Once again, Mr. R. Soul, would you please remove your car.." at a football match... which was probably the best

This is 100% true.
It means exactly the thing that the direct translation would make it seem. "Miina" is a regular name but also means "mine" but the last name is just coincidentally "field"
