A good idea popped into my head a couple of months ago. What if they made it legal to punch or beat on stupid people? I mean, someone would say something totally devoid of any meaning, logic or point and you could just haul off and whack them. When the cops came to see what was up, you could just say "I'm sorry officer, this man/woman is stupid." and they'd just nod and leave
