The realmpoints and guild changes done between yesterday 6 am and now will not be registered as we will be using a backup from this time, so if you have formed a new guild or bought a guild emblem during this timespan, it will not be saved.

As I read it its the realmpoints and BPS your guild has that will be rolled back not those, you as a char have gotten. Figuring this as I did not notice a decline in Realm points on my own char yesterday but guild had lost 1.6mill.
