Fun in NF

Hi,
Anyone have any truly memorable moments in NF? From the hibernina viewpoint we were taking a lot of stick... When we finanly got a zerg together (150 people), half went LD just before we ran into the albion zerg

However there still was some good moments...

After that, at about 10:30-11pm, my guild sent a single full group over to albion and managed to capture tower 3 at cear erasligh only guarded by a necro. After fortifying it up we were sieged by a force of about 10-12 albs. A great battle took place, both sides gave their siege weapons a good workout and eventually after a long battle they managed to storm the tower. But it was truly one of the best moments I have had in DAOC and everyone else agreed about how much fun it was even tho we lost. There even was an okay number of rps on offer.

I also take my hat off to the albs that attacked us, it was good to have such a good fight. I hope we run into you again, thanks for not calling in anyone else and fighting us yourselves. If we had of had another couple of people we might have taken ya

I hope there will be more encounters like this.

Anyone else had some good moments?

yup... best moment was when i was Oiling all the mids hitting keep^^^ nerf that oil imo hits hard

HG tried to take one of the coastal towers but it was claimed and we got inc pretty instantly...

bit of lag, bit of confusion (people too busy concentrating on hitting the "fire" button on the ram ) and we got splatted.

Next attempt we found a tower that was in the middle of nowhere and a complete git to get to and brought a bigger ram

Using cloudsong featherfall to dive out the back of the keep and sprint to use PR on my wife's theurgist (who got back from work late) before the sms/hunters splatted me was really quite fun

140 albs outside a tiny tower, 60 mids inside.

Was a long fight though, many dead albs...I also noticed that I need a new computer...

eventually the albs took the tower...but it was fun

oh, and I feel sorry for hibs (due to numbers, no other reason)...albs ubazerg them, mids zerg them

Played NF for about 2 hours this morn..

nGed tower 1, mids inside a totally smashed up tower and lots of albs outside, siege been going for a long time and we decide to charge out before albs get too many, and we win Epic!

i was using my cleric bb in that battle on a catapult, as i couldnt port back in cos we didnt have all keeps, and it was really cool to get the keep down to 0%, but i must say u only zerged us once half the albs had left, i managed to get back to the main keep and do oil once (i hti someone for 1600+ then a norse stealther climbed the walls and got me

BUT Excellent fun all around - i cant wait to play some more

I tell you what I found funny....getting into one of the hib keeps to defend it during a mass alb zerg and managing to get the hookpoint over the door, buy a pot of burning oil and use it about 10 times b4 dying.....as im a druid I rarely see my name coming up for kills but this was uber...I killed over 30 albs with it!!
