It was a night like any other nite...
Mids attacking Beno...
Mids take Beno and then Surs and then however many other keeps. Then the wonderful guilds of EC and Unity rally and take them back. *I did not go, I took a break and helped some guildies get in some leveling*
Then after a few hours I hear that we are planning a raid in Emain... lets take advantage of the mids taking all the hibs keeps and get the relic. Sure, why not!
Okay so plan A didn't work so well. The main force held DC as long as they could, but the mids came and ruined the party. My little group (who was on their way to dc) died fighting... *note to self...8 vs zerg will not win* but we didn't run, we stood and fought. Meanwhile the mids are attacking and the hibs that zerged us go on and attack the mids from behind. (wish I could have been there to watch). We get rezed and oh geez look another hib zerg... /c ouch... we're dead AGAIN

So then plan B... hey while the mids and hibs keep each other company lets go attack the keeps in middie land. Sure why not!
So we go and we do quite well. By the time we have taken a few keeps people are logging little by little (was getting pretty late for most of you, 2am or so) and at some point the main force is attacked and so ends the raid in Middie land.
So my little group goes exploring in Middie land on our way back, and yes we run into some mids. 2 trolls to be exact. Both grey to me but I think Casbardh said one was green or blue to him. They wave and sit down which is pretty nice I figure and did try to talk them out of killing them. But since one of them was green or so they kill him. Sorry about that. But you know, if it was the other way around, I can guarantee the mids with the large hammers would have laughed their asses off at me and then killed us and then laughed some more. (sorry if i sound bitter, I won't bore you with past stories of a young minstrel in Snowdonia many seasons ago). So to the trolls, don't take it personally, for all we knew you could have been decoys. *hey I've seen it before*. Just level up and I am sure one day we will meet again. (cute dancing, btw
)
At this point hubby is home with dinner for me and the kids (after 7pm my time so after 3am uk time) so I log.
Anyway...
I know many of the Albions were not satisfied with how our night went but you know what, I think we did pretty decent. But not too bad with planning on the fly. So those of you who were disappointed in how it turned out, please don't be so hard on yourselves. Did we get relics? NO. Did we break down some doors and take a few keeps? YES. Did we have fun? I sure did. Plus we had so many different people from different guilds together working together, that was really nice. It was fun to be the agressors instead of defenders, it really was
My one and only critique is this: guys, if someone is the raid leader, you gotta listen to them. Really listen, mkay? Don't make me get the avernal duct tape of silence and start passing it out. hehe (yes, little miss I've got a big mouth *err me* has a piece all ready for when I get out of hand too)
