Full respec vs singl line respec?

Do i loose my auto trained points if i use a full respec stone instead of a single line respec stone?
Some say yes and some say no, anyone with experience please tell me.

no you dont lose points

This is the case.

If you use full respec stones. your auto train lines will be set to 12 spec.

So if you spec in a line without auto train in them you will loose points.
