It's not only Armsman. It's all Heavy Tanks. The only Role most of them perform atm are BG Bots

Kind of true..all heavy tanks are reduced now to primarily defensive roles. Additional problem though for arms is that we also have paladins to compete with who can fulfill the same roll but with end chants - which basically leaves armsmen with a specific role in very specific group set ups. Groups that require endurance (or prefer having ghetto rez/FH to det/sob) will take paladins - so we are generally left with being bg bots in pure caster groups. Now personally I don't mind that - I still enjoy playing and I'm lucky enough to have regular groups I can join. But for those who want to play offensively or dont have access to regular pure caster groups it sucks. Until there is a fundamental change in the damage over time of 2H/pole weapons to put it up with mercs (and the double-spec thing is just a small aspect in that problem), or until armsmen get a show stopping group ability then nothing will alter this. And thats without NF arriving...
