I was looking around this site (I went on it ages ago) and discovered that at the bottom of the school page is a button for photos! An old classmate of mine had put some very memorable pictures on there, so I coughed up a fiver and put some of my own on there.

Anyway, that payment now lets me email my old school friends (they are from 15 years ago), and already one has responded. I wasn't sure if anybody would, to be honest it feels a little bit strange doing it, but I would recommend it to anybody slightly curious as to what their old friends are up to.

Its made my day! It's also nice to know that I might be able to speak with very good friends who, since a couple of years after leaving school, I lost touch with. I'm looking forward to maybe meeting up with one or two of them again.

Anyhow, I was wondering if anybody else around my age (31) had done the same, and what their experiences were?

Im 23 and I still see a lot of my old school friends as most of them like me still live at hoke but I have done it and got into contact with those who left my middle school and then went to a differnt high its good. You can also do it for work places

I've had 4 of my old schoolmates email me, reminiscing about trouble we used to get into as kids. Our school had a reunion as well, which I couldnt go to. Still waiting to hear from my old school sweetheart though.

good luck i left school with precisely one friend... and he stayed a friend for a good few years... he was a right ugly little shit... practically dwarf like, with terrible acne... but my best mate, and a really nice bloke...

not popular with the girlies...

anyway. one day he meets this rather rotund older woman in work... maybe 7 years older... they hit it off, big romance, they get married, she hates me for whatever reason (we've barely said ten words to each other, ever... at least five of those were hello)... she whined at him about him going out with me... so i saw less and less of him... all of a sudden i hadn't seen him in years

school sucks.

Most of my friends from school moved away to uni and thank fuck they're all gone the bastards, I hope they all burn.

I put my details on Friends reunited about 1 1/2 years ago and forgot all about it. Checking about 6 months ago I found an email address for a good friend of mine that dissapeared in uor secoind year of college.

I now chat to him quite regulary on MSN. This guy was a real metal head. Now he's married and has 3 kids and a mortgage. Shocked the hell out of me.

But it proves that the friends reunited idea is a great one. I never thought I'd even see him again, let alone become friends again.
