Just where did this trend of calling 'games' a 'war' come from? Seems pretty inaccurate to me. Yes, you might call a league season a 'war' but a game? Battle perhaps? Not a war.

umm...it's the other europeans...

I think you'll find that they call clan games 'wars' in most of the other european countries (certainly Holland & Germany...).

Don't ask me who started it though.
