Too cold outside ? Get drunk, it's Friday !

Well, despite the cold and the snow and people drinking left and right in the office, here comes the news ! Today, we'll see about the 1.54 testing, Customer Support drunken orgy on Sunday, Improved Acne Cream and various other things.
Tests with GORE :
We are currently performing the last batch of tests on GORE and already, have decided we need more splatter and blood effects. During RvR fights, players reported that they could gain actual enjoyment upon killing other players. This "bug" is actually a feature that will be introduced with the patch 1.55 and, until then, we decided to have it disabled. One thing is sure however, the dueting system has been tested and overly tested on all realms and you can now sing along with realm buddies.
Customer Support interface maintenance :
The version of ScatologyNow we are currently using for our knowledge database and Customer Support will be upgraded next Sunday (January 12th, 2003) when our new ZX Spectrum arrives. Therefore, you will not be able to contact our Customer Support on this day as we are in the pub.
Patch 1.53 & 1.54 :
Just a quick note to let you know that we have hidden the patch notes 1.53 and 1.54 so you can have a mini-quest to figure out what has changed. Since we are a couple of ice ages away from the patch, this would be a good time to search for them.
PCP Server :
When we opened our PCP server, we got raided by Interpol and had to shut it down.
On that, happy hunting, and don't forget your beer scooter if you go outside !
