Friday news - fluff of no interest?

Well again GOA posts Friday news with no update on the Midgard lag nor the Prydwen upgrade.

Hey GOA employees that dont care about your customers, those "upcomming weeks" you mentioned about a month ago...when do those begin? Or maybe you are so cunning to figure out that upcomming weeks can be in 5 years as well.

You guys post news of this and that with a smiley and some hints and tips but dont say anything about the problems that actually are ongoing? Who the fudge care about Frontiers? You guys really should get your head out of the sand and focus on the current problems and maybe develop the chronicles to something funnier than it currently is.

I wish, and hope, Mythic gets some of the info on your customer support and feedback....up until recently a server was allowed to crash during a weekend with no info - dunno if its much better now but you guys should face the music and let a more competent and interested company handle a mmorpg such as this.

I RightNowed em on Wednesday regarding the lag, pointing out that the problem is nowhere near fixed and asking for an official statement on the homepage about what they are planning to fix it but got no reply yet.

If you ask me they are either not aware of the lag lately (since it tends to come in waves or spikes) and think they have fixed the problem 3 weeks ago already or they are too busy with the 1.69 patch to care about an "inferior" server as Prywden.
Anyways, RightNow em till someone reacts. Quitting customers dont seem to bother them at all. Maybe spam does?

lol dont expect an answer anytime soon 8 yes EIGHT days ago my char got bugged and cannot log in (gets black screen o death) tried all the usual, diff cleints/re-install/format HD etcc i still cannot log my lvl 50 char nor have i even recieved a reply...yet strangely all my other chars work fine..go figure..lovely service we get aint it...

Is there not a way of getting the fact that goa are incompitent and unable to offer a service comparable to that of Mythic?

The Herald is updated with news every week day, has great info on realm/server status stats etc... has good cumstomer-developer communication. Obviously better servers.

goa has a stupid weekly news post. Terrible customer care. Terrible servers. Terrible website. Just down right terrible tbh. :m00:

Well one would wish that GOA took notice but thats hard to tell - the rare times they do something good is so lost due to the number of bad things....their joke, the chronicles and the news frequency and the server status is just a few things.

I mena they've posted for 4-5 weeks now about 1.68 and that its being translated....lol...post some news of interest....l

yeah even re-posting what the herald does would be better than "We are still translating 1.6X blah blah blah it should be ready soon". The game comes over in English so give us it in English tbh let the other languages wait for translation. Its not our fault Mythic is American. :flame:

I think goa PAYED Mythic to be able to run the game and i doubt mythic is getting more money if there is 1 user on the european servers or 10.000... Its a shame alright but i think thats how it worked out, and if they have to change to another company than GOA they will loose alot of money and the servers will prolly be down for quite some time while the switch is in place. Also the new company would be completely new to this and would suck at getting new patchs and alike.

Here is what i suggest everyone keep report every single Lag day zone crash and such to technical department on Rightnow at some point they will have to fix it or they will be force to get constant spam.

Aye spam GOA with complaints is a good idea - hope not they have redirected the customer feedback straight into the thrashcan. :rolleyes:
