Friars Respec

My friars had all his skills reduced to one and his points restored with out me doing anything is this just how its done now or is it a bug. Used to be you just got a full respec to use if you wanted which meant you could see the new abilities before you chose your spec. Shame if this is just a new way of doing it tbh.

It was clearer in the US patch notes than the Euro ones, but it was planned.

Edit - may have been the US news, rather than patch notes.

Same thing happened on the US servers. It's a forced respec.
