No GoV, Friar UV on gov is really shit so I said no ty.
6 from qui cap. doesnt rly make that insane of a difference. matter of opinions.
some resists are not at its best but they arent bad either.
You get a shitload of hits tho even you lack a few pts of con it weights up with the +hit cap ;d
